How is my referral tracked?+

Your personal link is a MultiScreen URL with your handle, like https://multiscreen.co/?via=yourname. It sets a 60-day cookie, and anyone who starts a paid Pro subscription inside that window is credited to you automatically. Tracking runs through our affiliate platform (Rewardful) and Stripe, so there is nothing to install on your side.

How long does the commission last?+

You earn 40% for 12 months from the customer's first paid invoice, every month they stay subscribed. If they cancel, commission simply stops and you keep what you already earned. Commission is calculated on the net revenue we actually collect, after any discount or founding price.

When and how do I get paid?+

Monthly, through our affiliate platform, after a short hold that covers the 14-day money-back guarantee so payouts reflect revenue we actually keep. A $50 minimum balance applies and rolls forward until you reach it.

Do self-referrals count?+

No. Your own subscription, or accounts you control, are excluded. The program pays for bringing new members, not for routing your own purchase.

My audience gets founding pricing. Does that still count?+

Yes. Founding-price referrals count in full, with commission calculated on the price they actually pay, about $59 per month on a founding monthly plan. A discounted seat means a smaller payout, never a disqualified one.
