Terms of Service

Effective July 30, 2026

The short version: use MultiScreen for real underwriting, treat the outputs as a first screen rather than advice, and we'll treat your data and your money with respect. The details follow.

The service

·MultiScreen is a self-serve underwriting and screening tool for multifamily real estate. You enter assumptions; the service computes return metrics, scores, and reports based on them.
·The Starter and Pro subscriptions are described on the Pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-term without notice.

Not investment advice

·MultiScreen outputs are estimates produced from the assumptions you provide. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
·You are responsible for your own underwriting, diligence, and investment decisions. Always validate material decisions with your own full model and professional advisors.

Your account & acceptable use

·You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
·Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable license for one named individual. Each person who uses MultiScreen must have their own account and their own seat. Sharing login credentials with anyone, including colleagues and teammates, is a material breach of these terms.
·Don't resell access, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the scoring methodology, or use the service to build a competing product.

Teams & multi-user access

·If more than one person at your company needs access, that's what Team and Enterprise plans are for: seat-based licenses with per-seat pricing, centralized billing, and admin controls. Contact hello@multiscreen.co for team pricing.
·On seat-based plans, each seat is assigned to one named user. You may reassign a seat when someone leaves your team; you may not rotate a seat among multiple active users.

License compliance

·To protect per-seat licensing, we monitor account activity for compliance, including sign-in events, active sessions, device and browser information, and IP addresses. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect.
·We may limit the number of devices that can be signed in to one account at the same time, and may sign out older sessions when the limit is exceeded.
·If account activity indicates credential sharing, we will typically reach out first to move you to an appropriate plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that continue to breach these terms after notice.

Billing, guarantee & cancellation

·Starter is billed monthly and Pro is billed monthly or annually, both through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; the founding-member discount applies to the first 12 months of a Pro subscription.
·The 3-Deal Guarantee: every new subscription starts with a free trial covering your first three deals, for up to 14 days. A payment method is required to begin the trial, and you are not charged until it ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial is available once per account.
·Once the trial ends and the first payment is taken, payments are non-refundable. Renewal payments, monthly or annual, do not open a refund window.
·Monthly plans: you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly term; you keep Pro access until then and are not charged again.
·Annual plans: you can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee. You keep Pro access through the end of the annual term you already paid for; we do not prorate or refund unused time.

Your data & our IP

·Your deal data is yours. We claim no ownership of the assumptions you enter or the deals you save, and we don't share them (see the Privacy Policy).
·The MultiScreen engine, MultiScore methodology, report formats, and brand are our intellectual property. Exports are for your business use, not for redistribution as a product.

Disclaimers & liability

·The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that outputs are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
·To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & contact

·We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
